2013 Kawasaki Ninja 250R revealed
All new 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 250R has been unveiled by Kawasaki. It is expected to be an entry level sports bike. This bike has got a completely changed angular bodywork design. Coming to the engine part, new 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 250R has got the latest DOHC Parallel Twin Layout with new pistons and cylinders. This cylinder is 4-stroke. The pistons are fully anodized. The crank cases are also fresh. In appearance it is almost similar to ZX-10R superbike. The tachometer is analog type; while the speedometer is digital one.
The large vents are a bit slotted. It also has fresh alloy wheels. The rear wheel has got a larger 140 mm rubber tyre. Floating mounted windscreens is another major highlight. This new motor bike is also fitted with a two- pod instrument console. Large slotted vents are another feature. Digital fuel injection technology is incorporated in this new bike. ABS feature is optional. The front turn indicators are provided with clear lens. This indicator is fitted in the housing. Kawasaki also has put some efforts to improve the suspension part. It will weigh around 172 kg (without ABS). Some rework has done to the fairing also.
The exhaust system is completely modified. The fuel tank is a bit chiselled. Final information about the power and torque ranges is not yet disclosed by Kawasaki officials. Meanwhile they are claiming that both the low and mid range torque and power has been improved. Lime Green, Pearl Stardust White, Passion Red, Passion Red/Stardust White (Special edition), Lime Green /Ebony (Special edition) and Lime Green/Ebony (Special edition) are the colours in which the new 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 250R will appear in the auto world markets. The expected price in Japan is around 2.34 lakhs.
