Aston Martin Vanquish launched in India
Aston Martin today announced the launch of all new Aston Martin Vanquish in the Indian auto world. This is the fifth car for Indian car lovers from the company. It is powered by a 6.0 liter V12 petrol engine. This engine can deliver a huge power of 565bhp at 6750rpm. The maximum torque is 620Nm at 5500rpm.The gearbox is dual clutch 6-speed automatic. There will be only two seats. Only 2 doors are present. Within just 4.1 seconds it can speed up from zero to 100kmph. The top speed is 295kph.
Aston Martin Vanquish has got ceramic brakes on all its 4 wheels thereby providing much better stopping power. ABS and EBD are other major safety features provided. It has got Touchtronic two paddle shift feature. Traction and Launch Control technology is also incorporated. The design technology used in this sports tourer is named as Vertical Horizontal architecture. Aston Martin has given more importance to the aerodynamic part of this vehicle too. Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) and Dynamic Stability Control are the other major highlights. These excellent features and accessories make it a complete sports tourer.
Aston Martin cars had reached Indian roads from 2011 onwards. Till now Aston Martin One-77 is the most expensive car from Aston Martin in Indian roads with a whopping price of 25 crores. New Vanquish is said to be the second most expensive car in Indian car showrooms from Aston Martin. It will have a price tag of nearly 3.85 crores. Lamborghini Aventador and Ferrari FF are the main rivals for this grand tourer in the Indian auto world.
