Micromax released a new tablet known as Micromax Funbook P300. It has got no GSM/CDMA support. Lack of voice calls is a major drawback. It has got a 7 inch capacitive multi touch screen. A 1.22 GHz Cortex A8 processor powers it. It also has the latest Android v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS running inside it. The internal memory is 4GB which can be expandable upto 32GB using a microSD. 3G connectivity in this gadget can be made using a USB connected data dongle like Tata Photon.

It has got Wi-Fi feature. HDMI port is another major highlight of this tablet. GPS and Bluetooth are not present. Full HD playback is another major feature. Java features are available. It has got document viewer too. Other feature is Live TV. Using the 2800mAh battery, web browsing can be done upto a maximum of 5 hours.
