Windows 8 release preview will arrive on early June
Official confirmation from Microsoft has come out that the Windows 8 release preview will arrive on the first week of June itself. Windows 8 release preview is the next beta release of the Windows 8 OS. The correct date for the release was not yet disclosed. The information about Windows 8 release preview was given by Steven Sinofsky , the President of Microsoft before tweeting it on Microsoft’s official Twitter account.
Microsoft had released their current OS Windows 7 on October 2009. According to latest rumors final release of Windows 8 will happen on the month of October. Later Microsoft is planning to release more pre-release versions before the final launch. There will be 4 different versions for Windows 8 named as Windows 8, Windows 8 Pro, Windows 8 Enterprise and Windows 8 RT. Chips having x86 architecture can use Windows 8 Enterprise version. Gadgets having ARM chips and tablets can use Windows 8 RT version.
